Clear Capital continues to grow in Downtown Reno
Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern Nevada real estate investor and developer, has signed a lease expansion with Clear Capital for 7,114 square feet in its 300 East 2nd Street building in Downtown Reno.
Clear Capital is expanding from 18,581 square feet on the 14th floor at 300 East 2nd Street to take an additional 7,114 square feet. Clear Capital is a technology company providing nationwide residential and commercial real estate valuations, data and analytics, quality assurance services and technology solutions.

Basin Street Properties owns and manages 723,646 square feet of class A office space, hospitality, multi-family and retail in Reno and led the redevelopment of the Kings Inn into 3rd Street Flats and the development of the Courtyard Reno Downtown-Riverfront. Per the agreement, Caesars will continue to operate Harrah’s for the first half of 2020 before it’s redeveloped into a non-gaming hotel and mixed-use development.
