D & D Roofing and Sheet Metal has won $1.6 million in new job contracts, including Rivervista building in Dayton; K-Mart distribution center in Sparks; U.S. Ordnance in the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center; the Acura auto dealership in Reno; the Burlington Coat store in Carson City; Damonte Town Center in Reno; the Bill Pearce Porsche/BMW dealership in Reno; the Reno Women’s Shelter; 1st Independent Bank in Sparks; the DIS manufacturing plant in the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center and Shoreline Condominiums in Reno.

Carson City panel OKs plan for developers to foot bill for increased traffic
The agreements are designed to split the costs of improvements such as traffic signals between Carson City and developers whose projects generate the traffic increases that trigger the need for improvements.
