D&D reports new jobs
D & D Roofing and Sheet Metal of Sparks said it won contracts for $3.9 million in new jobs.
The work includes a Starbucks store in Sparks; a new building at Reno Tahoe Tech Center; four ProLogis buildings in Sparks; Gold Dust West in Reno; River Vista Fitness in Dayton; Crestwood Apartments in Reno; Igloo in Elko; Alpine Veterinary in Elko; Office Furniture Supply in Elko; large homes at Carson City and Lake Almanor; Lake Tahoe Elementary in Tahoe City; Craftec Systems in Susanville and Mount Lassen Properties in Susanville.
The new owner of The Crossing at Tahoe Valley is Second Bay Holding Tahoe, LLC, based in Redwood City, Calif. The 46,041-square-foot center was originally constructed in 1973.
