Dennis Dix has been promoted by Employers to vice president of customer support.
Dix has worked for Employers since 2007, integrating acquired operations and establishing an East Coast customer support center for the workers compensation carrier.
He also has worked for GE Polymerland, Intuit and TimePlus Payroll.
Dix earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bryant University in Rhode Island and a master’s in business administration from Wake Forest University.
According to the BBB’s 2019 Give.org Donor Trust Report, 70% of respondents rated the importance of trusting a charity before giving as essential. However, only 19% of respondents say they highly trust charities.
