Dermody sets Pennsylvania project
Dermody Properties of Reno said last week bought 107 acres at Carlisle, Pa., and a plans a two-building, 1.3-million-square-foot industrial park.
The company, a national developer of industrial properties, said it will be operating partner of the project. Los Angeles-based PCCP LLC is the financial partner.
Dermody said it’s leasing the first 700,000-square-foot building in the project.
The goal is to benefit Northern Nevada’s agriculture and ranching industries by developing solutions to environmental effects created by current concentrated animal feeding operations, or CAFOs.
