Dimitri Leontakianakos has been hired as the director of restaurant operations at John Ascuaga’s Nugget.
Leontakianakos, who has 20 years of food and beverage management experience, most recently worked as the assistant food and beverage director at Thunder Valley Casino in Lincoln, Calif. He also has managed the food and beverage departments for several Caesar’s Entertainment and Boyd Gaming properties.
Leontakianakos received a business degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and served eight years in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Kristina Miranda, who was hired recently as a staff accountant at Clausen & Company, is currently enrolled at the University of Nevada, Reno and is earning a Bachelor of Science in business administration.
