High Sierra Ice Cream Inc. of Minden said last week it’s resumed production of Tahoe Creamery ice cream.
Production of the ice cream was halted last autumn as the result of manufacturing issues. A new management team is headed by Merlin Manley, a graduate of the ice cream course at Penn State.
