Jerry Snyder Doug Flowers
Jerry Snyder and Doug Flowers, attorneys with Hale Lane in Reno, have been named shareholders in the firm.
Snyder previously had been an associate with the litigation group, and Flowers had been an associate in the firm’s real property and finance group.
Snyder received a bachelor’s degree in art history from Humboldt State University and his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. Before joining Hale Lane, he clerked for Justice Cliff Young at the Supreme Court of Nevada and worked as an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, Calif.
Flowers earned a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Nevada, Reno and his law degree from from the University of Texas. Before joining Hale Lane, he served as a law clerk to Honorable Proctor Hug Jr. on the U.S. Court of Appeals.
Carson City panel OKs plan for developers to foot bill for increased traffic
The agreements are designed to split the costs of improvements such as traffic signals between Carson City and developers whose projects generate the traffic increases that trigger the need for improvements.
