Philip E. Larson of Minden was elected chairman of the Nevada Employee Management Relations Board while Sandra Masters of Reno was elected vice-chairman of the organization.
Larson, who is a retired information technology professional, has served on the board for three years.
Masters, who has worked in real estate, insurance and angel investing for 34 years, was appointed to a second term on the state board.
Terry Reynolds replaces Michael Brown, who Gov. Steve Sisolak named last week as director of the Governor’s Office of Economic Development.
